Let us plan a special culinary adventure for you. If you’re looking for that perfect mix of cooking lessons, touring small towns, discovering wonderful art, AND enjoying great food and wine all rolled into a week, then this is it and much more. Special culinary tour packages can be booked any time (April through mid November) with a minimum of 4 people. Classes will be a mixture of hands on lessons with Umbrian cooks and chefs in both the palazzo’s kitchen and in local restaurants.
Not just a “stay in the kitchen” kind of tour. Get out and about, visit wineries, markets, an artisan cheese maker, an organic farm, and sample the best Umbria has to offer. Package prices range from at $2,600 to $3000 per person, depending on number of cooking lessons, and include accommodations at Palazzo Fiumi-LaPlaca in Bettona, pick up and drop off at Rome’s airport, all lessons, meals, tours, and transportation. (Airfare is not included.)
