This newly restored apartment is located in Palazzo Torelli , the palazzo adjacent to Palazzo Fiumi-LaPlaca and now available for 2025. Offering two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen with marble counters, and a dining table for four.

Private Terrace:
The apartment also has a private terrace overlooking the Spoleto Valley.  Enjoy meals on the terrace’s marble and wrought iron table. The terrace will be planted spring 2025 — herbs, roses, and a lemon tree — and photos uploaded ASAP. But the view is spectacular!

Welcome package – seasonal fruit, homemade jam, local wine – with a week’s booking.

•Minimum stay for apartments is 3 nights;
• In lieu of higher rates for summer months, guests are asked to pay a small fee for air conditioning, should they require it. Cost is 10€ per day;
• There is also a tourist tax of 2€ per day per adult – max 6€ per person;
• And a cleaning fee of 25€ for your stay.
